Billard and vending machine with phone chargers was very nice option, also design of the hotel is very nice with photos of Rotterdam as wallpapers, nicely put all the stuff for breakfest, and everywhere was very clean, I had a small fridge in my room 10/10
Deluxe room had not really comfortable mattress and breakfest for almost 20 euro was actually not so good, coffee as well. In a room we had coffee machine but only one sugar each 3/10

The staff from the restaurant was not really kind, I was waiting for my order more than hour, much longer than the guests who ordered after me- probably someone missed my order but unfortunately I didn’t get even simple „sorry”. After that my dishes was putted on the table without any tissue, I saw there were no clean one so to make it fast a lady leaved them just like that. Only a man from the staff was really kind. Checking out I didn’t get my invoice because of computer problems, lady from the reception ask me to leave email to send the invoice later but after almost week I didn’t get it…
